ORIGENIAL- 2001 HD POLICE FLHTPI TOURING WITH 003167 MILES. HAS A SIDECAR. THE SIDECAR WAS A ADD ON. ALL THE POLICE EQUIPMENT WAS INSTALLED AT THE FACTORY. I BOUGHT THIS BIKE IN 2OO2 FROM A POLICE INSPECTOR IN BERLINGTON CITY NJ. THIS BIKE WAS NEVER IN SERVICE. HE ONLY USED IT IN PARADES. YOU CAN'T BUY A RETIRED POLICE BIKE FROM A DEALER OR AUCTION WITH ANY EQIPMENT ON IT. THE LOW MILEAGE IS DUE TO THAT I FAVORED MY OTHER 2 BIKES. DID RIDE IT TO DATONA TWICE. CAN RIDE IN FL. NOT DISPLAYING THE LIGHTS. KEPT IT RUNNING AND MAINTAINED. MIGHT NEED A TUNEUP. SHOWROOM CONDITION WHEN CLEANED. ALSO GOOD CLEANING TO SHIELDS. MAYBE SOMEONE OUT THERE MIGHT HAVE A USE OR GOOD IDEA FOR IT'S USE. EVERYTHING WORKS. ( LESS RADIO). NEED HARNESS FROM SPEAKERS. Zero Motorcycles Named to Made in USA Foundation Hall of Fame
Tue, 03 Jul 2012The Made in the USA Foundation has named Zero Motorcycles to its 2012 Hall of Fame class, recognizing the electric motorcycle manufacturer’s commitment to American manufacturing. Zero Motorcycles, founded in 2006 in Santa Cruz, Calif., by former NASA engineer Neal Saiki, becomes the second motorcycle manufacturer named to the Foundation’s Hall of Fame. Harley-Davidson was inducted in 2011.

Knievel bikes to go on show in Britain
Mon, 15 Nov 2010THE MOTORCYCLES, leathers and personal memorabilia made famous by US stunt legend Evel Knievel are being exhibited on a world tour, with a UK date on the schedule. The True Evel tour will be at the Battistinis California Dreamin' Expo, 28th-29th May 2011 in Bournemouth, UK. Show-goers will get the chance to see Knievel's famous Harley-Davidson which crashed in a jump over a tank of sharks, the X-2 Sky Cycle from the ill-fated Snake River Canyon jump, the Wheelie Dragster Car, and of course the instantly recognisable blue and white leather suits.
