Do to wife medical conditions and can no longer ride long distance we decided to put our 2005 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Classic up for sale that we bought new in the fall of 2004. The bike is pretty stock and in great shape except for maybe a minor scratch or two. The bike has Vance & Hines pipes, Sundowner seat, Willie G. footboards, detachable tourpak, luggage rack, battery tender, remote garage door opener and a few little odds and ends. As of 8-11-2013 the cycle has 22659 miles. We live in Kirksville, MO. the northeast part of Missouri. If you have any questions feel free to write and I'll try to answer them the best I can. Mon, 26 May 2014Bryan Smith edged out Kenny Coolbeth Jr. by a mere 0.041 seconds to win the AMA Pro Flat Track Experts Twins race at the Springfield Mile. The ten laps of the race saw Smith and his Kawasaki battling for the lead with Coolbeth and Jake Johnson and Jared Mees sitting close behind waiting for an opening.
2014 Harley-Davidson Touring Lineup Updated with Project Rushmore Enhancements
Mon, 19 Aug 2013Harley-Davidson announced a number of updates to its touring models, a cumulative result of a product development effort the company dubs Project Rushmore. The enhancements cover several areas, addressing performance, comfort, style and infotainment needs, and will be implemented across eight 2014 Harley-Davidson Touring models: the Road King, Street Glide, Street Glide Special, Electra Glide Ultra Classic, Electra Glide Ultra Limited, the Tri-Glide Ultra Classic trike and the CVO Road King and CVO Limited. “Project RUSHMORE has been touched by thousands of people, most of them being our customers and our employees,” says Scott Habegger, Harley-Davidson Director of Motorcycle Planning.
