Up for bid is a 2006 FLHRCI ROAD KING CLASSIC. Fuel Injected. It has a new motor with about 7000 miles on it. While the bike was still under Warrantee, some gaskets were leaking so Harley swapped out the motor. And since it was a factory change the New Motor was Stamped with Matching Numbers. It was replaced Antelope Valley HD and I have paper work on the swap. The bike itself has 36800 miles on it. It runs great and looks great too. New seat and grips. Has a quick disconnect windshield. Also comes with an after market VIP Trunk with passenger back rest and a highway bar not pictured. Don’t miss out on a great deal. Detroit Police Department Restores 1937 Harley-Davidson Knucklehead
Fri, 13 Dec 2013The Detroit Police Department revealed a restored a 1937 Harley-Davidson Knucklehead police bike that was found during the move to its new headquarters. The 76-year-old police motorcycle was found disassembled at the old headquarters after several decades in storage. According to MLive, the police department attempted to restore the motorcycle in 1974 but never got around to completing it.
