Also found on this Harley Electra Glide Ultra touring bike is a six-gallon fuel tank, so you travel farther between fill-ups. The Two-tone Root Beer paint looks fantastic, and really sparkles in the sunlight! No signs of any accidents of any kind. Tires both have thousands of miles of tread left on them. The saddlebag guards really add a nice touch to this Ultra, as well as added protection. Harley highway pegs on the crash bar so that you can stretch out comfortably. Fri, 21 May 2010Harley-Davidson opened its first dealer in China in 2005, they now have four dealers operating nationwide (Shanghai, Beijing, Qingdao and Hong Kong). Harley reported that sales had doubled in China last year and plans to open four new dealerships this year (Wenzhou, Xiamen, Dalian and Chengdu). According to Rodney Copes, Harley’s Vice President of international sales, China is the fastest growing market for the American motorcycle manufacture.
Louisiana Bill Updates Maximum Handlebar Height Legislation
Thu, 17 May 2012Louisiana state lawmakers have approved a bill that would change the maximum height of motorcycle handlebars. Current state law restricts handlebar height to no more than 15 inches above the seat, a somewhat arbitrary level, but a common choice with 17 other states. The House has voted 87-0 in favor of Senate Bill 582 to change the maximum height to the rider’s shoulder level, as measured while sitting on the seat.
