Up for auction here is a nice 2013 Harley Road King that is ready to ride anywhere in style! With the 103 c.i. V-Twin motor and 6 speed transmission, and dealer-added cruise control, this bike is ready for the open road. The original owner of this bike traded it to me on a car deal. He was an older gentleman that was very meticulous about this bike, and had all service work done at his Harley dealer at the recommended service intervals. He also had the dealer add factory cruise control . Other than the cruise control and detachable docking kit for backrests or tour pacs, this bike is pretty stock.
Mechanically, everything works as designed. No issues or problems of any kind. New gel battery installed last month. Cosmetically, this bike is very nice . The only wear on the bike is to the factory grips. Other than that, everything is very nice. No dings or dents to the sheetmetal, all chrome is nice and bright with no corrosion, paint is nice, etc. Check out the pics, this is a nice bike. No issues. Check my feedback, I tell it like it is. Blues Brothers Too Old for Harley-Davidson 110th Anniversary Celebration?
Fri, 10 May 2013Comedian Dan Aykroyd says he offered to bring his Blues Brothers act to Harley-Davidson‘s 110th Anniversary celebrations but was turned down because H-D executives said the act was too old for the company’s target demographics. Aykroyd, playing the role of Elwood J. Blues with the late John Belushi playing “Joliet” Jake Blues, posted a statement on his official Facebook page suggesting Elwood is trading in his Harley-Davidson motorcycle for a Can-Am Spyder.

Wed, 27 Jul 2011Living in Shoreditch I come across a unique variety of motorcycles on the road; from XS650s, to classic Lambrettas and one completely brown jelly-mould CBR600. My favourite of the regular bikes I see is this Harley-Davidson badged Armstrong MT500. In my head I like to think that the owner operates as an urban vigilante, realistically whoever rides this ex-Army bike is probably an artist and instead of a weapon in the gun holder it's probably art equipment.
Harley-Davidson Goes Low for 2015
Tue, 26 Aug 2014Harley-Davidson revealed the new 2015 Electra Glide Ultra Classic Low and Ultra Limited Low, offering what it calls the the lowest seat height of any premium touring motorcycle on the market. Designed with riders 5 feet 7 inches and shorter in mind, the two Low models have a seat height of 25.6 inches from the ground, or 1.7 inches lower than the regular models. The lower seat isn’t the only change to accommodate shorter riders.
