Harley-Davidson Touring description

2007 Harley Davidson Streetglide. It has a Screaming Eagle 110 motor with a Trask turbo system that includes a Thunder max self-tuner. It is very fast

Trask Turbo produces between 100-130HP and 100-130 TQ. The system is supplied as a complete package including a patent pending precision billet plenum and snap in venturi that creates 100% unobstructed air flow, a Garrett modified GT turbo, ceramic coated pipes with chrome heat shields and high flow injectors.

It is very fast so that is why I installed a True-Track frame stabilizer so absolutely no transfer of vibration to the chassis
mitigates wobble, increase stability in turns, fits completely inside the frame rail and protects the cast oil pan against road debris and road hazards
Also keeps bike in perfect alignment when going over 100+mph, very smooth like a cadallic.

It has Moto lights on front for greater visibility and safety. I spent $400 for the set. It's worth every penny because cars see bike better.

LED brake/taillight plus small blinker stop lights for added safety.

Radio has been upgraded by installing a 4 ohm amp and speakers

Saddlebag guards and both have external leather snap on bags. Also has a luggage rack.

K&N air filter

New clutch

New stator and rotor

New fluids.

 3 pocket windshield bag

Fairing wind deflectors

Seat heat deflectors

Tires are around midlife

Paint is in excellent shape

AMA Honors Zero and Scot Harden with Bessie Stringfield Award

Tue, 04 Mar 2014

The American Motorcyclist Association has bestowed a special recognition award to Zero Motorcycles and its Vice President of Marketing, Hall-of-Famer Scot Harden, for their work in attracting new riders and the positive impact they’ve delivered to mainstream media. Harden (pictured above from our recent Zero FX dirt riding review) and Zero were awarded the AMA Bessie Stringfield Award which recognizes individuals who have been instrumental in bringing emerging markets to motorcycling. The award is named after 2002 AMA Hall of Fame inductee Bessie Stringfield, the first African-American woman to ride solo across the United States and a civilian motorcycle dispatch rider for the army in World War II.

Harley-Davidson and an American Hero

Fri, 07 Dec 2012

As motorcyclists, we’re drawn to the freedom two wheels represent; just man, machine and the open road. The feeling rings true today as it did 72 years ago, when Wallace Van Sandt, of Birmingham, Alabama, took delivery of his 1941 Harley-Davidson WLD Special Sport Solo, purchased new in 1940 for $365 (roughly $5800 in today’s money) by his father as a high school graduation gift. The WLD Special Sport Solo was a ringer in its day.
