This Harley Davidson Touring 2010 Road Glide Custom FLTRX has been well cared for and rarely used (5,568 miles). Changed engine oil (Harley Davidson full synthetic only) at 500 miles, then again at 3,000 miles. Lots of power but stable and smooth. Fours years left on 7 year extended warranty, transferrable to new owner. Clean title and registered to July 2014. With a dry weight of 355kg, the bike is powered by a 1750cc Milwaukee-Eight 107 V-twin engine delivering 150Nm at 3250rpm. Jury Dismisses Suit Against Harley-Davidson Over ABS Indicator
Tue, 20 Dec 2011A Sacramento Superior Court jury has dismissed a lawsuit filed against Harley-Davidson involving a 2009 accident that left one of the plaintiffs with severe brain injuries. Judy Wilson was injured in an April 11, 2009, crash after her husband, Jack, locked the rear wheel of his non-ABS equipped 2008 Harley-Davidson Road Glide. The plaintiffs contended they believed their was equipped with ABS because the instrument panel had an ABS indicator icon and from the salesperson’s sales pitch.
