When you place a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal  and binding contract to purchase the vehicle. You have already decided on the  price you would like to pay for this vehicle based on the description,   Autocheck link and pictures listed above. This arrangement is outlined in  the eBay User Agreement.   We reserve the right to obtain and verify  the registered information of all bidders participating in this auction.  We also reserve the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion,  or end the auction early if necessary. Furthermore, We shall not be  liable for any such cancellation for any reason.   Bidder with only negative feedback or bid retractions  will be blocked or rejected automatically, unless agreed before hand.   Bidder must be 18 years or older.   At the end of auction, high bidder must contact seller  within 24 hours to make arrangements for payment and pick up of vehicle,  and complete the transaction (full payment and paperwork) within 7  days of  auctions end.    A $300 deposit must be made within 24 hours. If a  deposit is not made within that time, DS Motors reserves the right to cancel  the transaction. The deposit will be held by DS|MOTORS to cover  multiple expenses involved on delivering a sold vehicle if the transaction  is not completed within the  time agreed. If at delivery the customer is  not satisfied and does not take delivery of the vehicle, in this case, the  dealership will be more than satisfied to refund the customer's deposit.   A $189 processing fee will be added to the final  bid price. This is to cover the cost of vehicle cleaning, phone  calls, shipping and handling of paperwork and title, airport pickup, up to  20 day storage, etc... Free airport pick-up at FT. LAUDERDALE INT. AIRPORT  is offered. This fee is a non refundable fee.   You are welcome to come and pick the vehicle up as  long as it is within 20 days. If more time is needed, there will be a  $35 daily storage charge, unless other arrangements are made.   If transaction is not completed within this time, the  seller can apply for non- paying bidder and the item can be relisted or sold  to the next highest bidder. We will also report to credit agencies as this  is a legal binding contract, therefore, do not bid if you do not intend  to pay for the item.   We have tried to disclose all information known about  this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have  typical scratches and dings inherent. I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION WHEN  BUYING A  USED CAR, YOU CAN EXPECT SOME WEAR AND  TEAR. A USED CAR THAT IS  ONLY THREE  YEARS OLD WOULD SHOW MUCH  LESS WEAR AND TEAR THAN ONE THAT   WOULD BE 10  YEARS OLD. EVEN IF  WE SAY THE CAR IS EXTRA CLEAN, IT DOES NOT  MEAN IT IS A  BRAND NEW CAR. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE SELL THE NICEST CARS WE CAN  POSSIBLY FIND, BUT THEY ARE USED.   We welcome a buyer’s inspection. If you plan to have a  buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior  to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges  and fees.Third party inspection companies are not welcome. CARS PICKED UP  IN PERSON WILL BE TEST DRIVEN, AND BUYER WILL HAVE A CHANCE TO GO OVER  THE VEHICLE. IF ACCEPTED, CUSTOMER MUST LEAVE APPROPRIATE  FEEDBACK AT  DELIVERY.   Manufacturer’s warranties may still apply.  Extended warranties are available, however, prices may vary.   Out of state buyers are responsible for all  state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the  state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be  paid in full in order for the vehicle  to be titled and registered.   Florida residents are subject to applicable tax for their area. Also, for  local  bidders, all rules apply. THIS IS NOT BID TO COME LOOK... IF YOU  ARE LOCAL, THEN COME SEE THE CAR BEFORE AUCTION ENDS.   Acceptable methods of payment are: cash  in person, cashier’s check, wire transfer, or money order.  Personal checks  are acceptable but may take 7 to 14 days to clear before car can be  picked up and title can be sent out. We do accept credit cards and PayPal  for deposit. All obligations pursuant to this contract  shall be  performable in Broward County, Florida. The vehicle shall be  delivered in  Broward County, Florida and all obligations of purchaser to  pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Broward County, Florida. It is  agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle  that the proper venue for any legal proceedings and arbitrations shall be  payable in Broward County, Florida.                                                                                                                                                                                            All vehicles come with clean reassigned  title, unless otherwise specified.
