Honda CB description

Here is an alternate BLACK BOMBER,  (located in Michigan) to the other 2 currently on eBay that are  located in California.  This bike was restored 20 years ago and was the first bike restored by a now retired restorer of vintage Hondas. His work could be seen at Vintage Days at Mid Ohio and elsewhere and his work is professional and high class!  This bike has been ridden less than 50 miles since restored 20 years ago with me putting on 11 of those miles this summer.  Bike has always had 100% racing gas put in tank and starts and runs like new. Inside of tank is like new.

During the restoration on this ORIGINAL 3000 MILE CB 450, some mild updates were done with chroming of the engine cases and powder coating the frame AND TANK as well as a different seat. During the restoration on this original 3000 mile bike, it had the following done but not limited to:

New Factory NOS mufflers
Powder coating of tank and frame
Motor disassembled, rebuilt and painted. Didn't need it, but he wanted to start fresh.
New Rims, Spokes and Tires
Sargent Seat

Engine number CB450E1011734

Bike has been stored in climate controlled storage for 20 years with no pitting or rust anywhere.

Yes, tires are old, and if you plan to ride it much you could replace them, but I had no intention to use for regular riding, so these are ones replaced during restoration. Electric start works, lights all work and one photo shows a minor scratch on front fender and that's it!

Bike is located in Grand Rapids Mi. and can be shipped anywhere using STI Federal Companies 1800-747-4100 or any carrier of your choice. I could offer enclosed delivery up to 300-400mi. from Grand Rapids Mi.  for $1.00 a mile one way but ask first.  Bike is titled, plated and insured with Hagerty Insurance.

****Please, if you have 3 or less feedback you MUST message me first and tell me your intentions to pay and take delivery or risk me cancelling your bids. This auction is open for worldwide buyers.******

The modest reserve will be known when met, but it is far less than the $10k the red bomber is up to currently on eBay.  The $8500 BUY IT NOW is for the serious buyer who has funds and doesn't want to see this end up selling for more $$. When reserve is met, the Buy It Now disappears and it could sell for more than the BUY IT NOW! NO disappointments on this bomber!   Good Luck!

Be sure to check my other items as I am selling a Motorcycle Dealer 60" diameter sign.

LEGENDARY JAPANESE tuning house Yoshimura has designed a series of slip-on performance end cans for Honda’s naked CB1000R.The brand new EEC-approved cans bolt straight onto the bike's exiting pipework and feature a stainless steel end cone and integral lower Yoshimura logoed cat-converter heat shield.
