For your consideration. A Honda CB 750, manufactured 8-70. The bike has been laid down on the right side with damage to the cylinders. The bike has a 2" over set of fork tubes, a high rise handlebar, very rare dual front disc brakes with an aluminum front wheel. the bike is equiped with a 4 into 1 Kerker header system and a period correct sissy bar. The bike was in a garage in Charleston, WV since 1991, the owner moved here from CA and would not ride with a helmet. This bike was owned by his friend and his wife made him get rid of it after the accident. This bike was just a spare in case he needed parts. No speedo, no idea of mileage, title misplaced years ago. I am listing this for the owner. Terms of sale, a $100 deposit by paypal is required within 48 hours of the end of the auction, balance cashiers check or cash on pick-up of the motorcycle. Shawn Higbee Wins On The Brough Superior Taylor Made Racing Moto2
Thu, 01 May 2014In only its second race appearance, the Brough Superior Taylor Made Racing Moto2 bike competed in the WERA F1 and B Superbike events on April 27th at the Autoclub Speedway in Fontana, California, run in conjunction with the first round of the GEICO Superbike Shootout, presented by Yamaha. During the F1 race, rider Shawn Higbee moved up to as high as 2nd place from a 5th row start on the Brough Superior TMRGP2 bike. The TMRGP2′s lightweight all carbon fiber chassis and 600cc Honda powerplant demonstrated impressive cornering speed on the tight infield sections but could not match the top speed of the heavily modified 1000cc F1 bikes on the long straights. On the last lap Higbee was shuffled back to 4th place at the finish line.

McGuinness is second on the all-time Isle of Man TT wins list behind the late Joey Dunlop who has 26. McGuinness was aided by two very quick and efficient pit stops by his crew.

Tue, 07 Jan 2014Joan Barreda won his second special stage this year and now boasts a lead of more than 13 minutes over Cyril Despres and Marc Coma, the two other beneficiaries of a particularly decisive stage. Today’s stage, part one of the first marathon stage with no team service, was characterized by the highest ever racing altitude in Dakar history. Facing the 22,841 foot summit of the Aconcagua, South America´s highest mountain, the motorcycle riders had to cross a pass over 14,107 feet in elevation in trial-like conditions.
