Honda CB description

UP FOR SALE FROM MY COLLECTION A 1971 HONDA CB750 K1

THE 1971 HONDA CB750 K1

I have ridden this bike regularly and I can assure you, I would not be afraid to ride this bike anywhere, any distance.

Needless to say, this bike brings ton of attention and great memories to all bike lovers.

I bought this bike from the original owners estate a few years ago.
I had a master Honda mechanic go over it completely and do a top end also had the body set professionally repainted proper candy Ruby Red. Also had the repainted the frame while the motor was out using gloss black Urethane.

I considered making this bike a museum piece, which it should be, but I've enjoyed riding it too much.
So, this is your opportunity to own a very rare and sought-after the original super bike. There are not many left in this nice of condition.

Keep in mind if you buy an old worn out non-restored bike, you will spend thousands to make it look like this one, which will equate upwards of 20 K or more.

Here is a list of just a few things that were done. Carburetors were professionally rebuilt, Gauges were professionally refurbished by Mikes 750 4 gauge restore.
The original gas tank, fork ears, head light bucket along with new side covers were professionally repainted with the correct original candy ruby red.
New steering stem bearings, new chain, handlebars and controls.
along.
Also has new Dunlap Tires like the original equipped along with all new rubber parts.

Any bike parts replaced were with all original OEM parts whenever possible.

She has the original HM300 pipes in great condition no holes.

All-original Stanley tail and signal lenses are like new. The Chrome fenders are really nice and shiny, not faded and has no pitting.

There are no oil leaks or signs around the seals or gaskets. High compression and very strong engine.

Like I stated I use to ride this bike regularly. Strong engine great running.. Really needs Nothing!

Frame and motor are the original paired Mfg 7/71, motor vin number is CB750-1106863 Mainly distinguishable by HM300 exhaust, dummy lights in gauges and smaller tail light.

Update: Number one exhaust shown in pictures had been repaired, It has since been replaced with a nice proper HM300  Like I said, bike really needs nothing.

I'VE BEEN OFFERED $8500. SO DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH LOW BALL OFFERS..

WOULD CONSIDER A TRADE FOR RED 2014 CB1100 DELUXE

Thanks for looking!

Honda CBR900RR Go Kart [video]

Mon, 31 Aug 2009

J&D Fabrications located in South Florida has created a go kart with a Honda CBR900RR engine.  With all that power behind it, I would say the go kart is doing a lot of drifting rather then driving but its fun to watch.  Don’t be jealous Mario… Check it out after the jump. Own A Scale Model Of The Elf5, One Of The Most Unique Racing Motorcycles Ever

Tue, 01 Oct 2013

If you’re a fan of scale model racing motorcycle kits, this 1/12 scale model of the Elf5 racer, as ridden by Ron Haslam in 1988, should make your mouth water. Designed by famous F1 designer André de Cortanze, the Elf5 was the culmination of a radical experiment by de Cortanze and Elf, the French petroleum giant. And even though it didn’t claim the racing success Cortanze and Elf had hoped, the experimental Elf motorcycles hold a distinctive place in motorcycle racing history, with some of its technology still in use today.  Powered by a Honda NSR500 V4 engine that served as a stressed member and main mounting structure for the single-sided swingarms both front and rear, this recently released scale model is based closely on the actual Elf5 racing machines. This full detailed kit maintains the single-sided suspension, with the front suspension consisting of aluminum alloy and springs that will be partly movable.
