1973 Honda CB350F
Completely original, has not seen the road since '81. Lived indoors (living room storage) Was road to work on Rt.376 to a steel mill in Pittsburgh in the late 70s. I purchased it from the original owners son. I encourage you to come see this bike, but if that is not possible you won't be disappointed when she shows up. I drained the brake fluid, and fuel. Honda to Sponsor and Compete in 2013 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb
Tue, 23 Apr 2013American Honda announced it will be a partnering sponsor for the 2013 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb while also entering the competition, racing in nine different classes (well, seventh, plus “Exhibition” entries in both car and motorcycle categories). Honda R&D staff, engineers, test riders and drivers will compete in car, motorcycle and ATV categories. Honda will field a record ten entries in all, with nine different vehicles including the CBR1000RR, CBR600RR, CRF450R and CRF250R.
2013 Dakar Rally Results
Mon, 21 Jan 2013Cyril Despres won his fifth career Dakar Rally while helping KTM win for the 12th consecutive time, in taking the motorcycle class in the 2013 edition of the famed off-road race. KTM was again the dominant manufacturer with the top five finishers in the motorcycle class riding motorcycles from the Austrian manufacturer. Despres finished with an overall time of 43:24:22 for the win, including a 15-minute penalty for swapping an engine after the one he was using in his KTM 450 Rallye failed.
Motorcycle Thefts Down 11.2% in 2010
Wed, 21 Sep 2011Motorcycle thefts in the U.S. are down for the fourth consecutive year in 2010, according to a report from the National Insurance Crime Bureau. There were 49,791 reported motorcycle thefts in 2010, an 11.2% drop from the 56,093 thefts reported in 2009.
