This is a 1974 Honda CB200 that I rebuilt from top to bottom with the
exception of getting into the crankcase. The bike has relatively low
miles on it and the engine runs like new so there was no need.
There are many new parts and modifications electrical, mechanical and cosmetic. As with any bike this age it's a labor of love. There are a few minor issues like a finicky kill switch that controls the front headlight (it works intermittently). The bike starts on the first kick and is in quite nice mechanical shape. Some of the aluminum is a bit scaly and could use a polish. The only thing left to make it a true cafe would be some clubman bars and rearsets which would be a nice project to make it your own. Racing for the American Honda Muscle Milk team, Seely nabbed the holeshot and led the opening seven laps before finally being overtaken by Red Bull KTM’s Ryan Dungey. Monster Energy Kawasaki‘s Villopoto had a poor start by his standards, finishing the first lap in sixth place.
