Honda CB description

I  have for sale a nice original 1976 Honda cb750. This bike runs very well and starts easy.  It was driven and well  maintained it's entire life. The bike has it's original paint which still shines like new. It shows a little wear on the tank and the left side cover had a 1 inch crack repaired as shown in the pictures.   The original hm341 exhaust is not perfect but still very decent. The are some scratches and minor pitting as seen in the pictures but there are no holes or major rust anywhere on them. The chrome on the bike is very nice. The rims, fenders, handle bars, ect... all have very little rust issues if any. The chrome on the gauges is a little bit pitted, but not bad. The engine cases and rear brake were polished, The seat is free of tears or holes anywhere and the vinyl is still soft. The tires both are in great shape. They have a couple hundred miles on them. The brakes are in good shape and work fine as does the lights, blinkers and horn. It appears a new right side control was added at some point as the left side is faded and the right is not. The carbs were cleaned last year and I installed a new clutch then too. Overall this is a very nice example of a 76 Honda cb750 in original condition.  The bike comes with the original tool kit  and if I can find you a good manual for it I will throw it in as well.  I both restore and own several cb750's and this one runs as nice as any I have owned.   Call Jim with questions 507-227-6052

Teaser: 2012 Japanese Literbike Shootout – Video

Thu, 29 Mar 2012

The last time we assembled the superbike offerings from the Big Four Japanese manufacturers to determine the alpha male model was 2009. The CBR won that confrontation, but a lot’s changed since then. For 2012 Honda revamped the CBR1000RR, Yamaha added traction control to the R1, the GSX-R1000 lost a muffler and last year Kawasaki introduced an all-new ZX-10R.
