Honda CB description

Up for sale is a 1978 Honda CB750K. Bike had the same owner since April 1980 and spent most of its life in a heated garage as you can see from the low mileage (7275) and the very low presence of rust on the original exhaust pipes.
The bike runs, rides, brakes (front brake is missing one pad and it needs to be bleed) and works as it should be. Lights work as well as turn signals. No rust in the tank. New Battery and new plugs.
Tires are in good shape and I replaced the seat lock with a new one so the bike comes with 2 more keys to operate it. No rip on original seat.

Clean Michigan title in my name.

Cons:
- dents on the tank and right side panel as shown on photos;
- front brakes needs 1 pad (the other one is really new) and it needs to be bleed.
- tank lock is damaged but it works with no problem

I can send a video the bike running and riding.
Feel free to contact me with any question.

2013 Repsol Honda Team Livery Revealed

Thu, 24 Jan 2013

Repsol Honda revealed the livery off its RC213V racebikes and leathers of riders Dani Pedrosa and Marc Marquez for the 2013 MotoGP season. The livery is again dominated by the colors of the team’s top sponsor, Spanish oil giant Repsol, but with more white and less black, particularly along the bottom of the fairing. The Repsol logos on the sides now slope downward toward the swingarm whereas the previous design had them rising up toward the seat.

A Lap of the Isle of Man TT Mountain Course with John McGuinness – Video

Tue, 26 Jun 2012

The Isle of Man TT is a very special event. Once the most prestigious motorcycle event in the world, the TT requires a certain type of character to ride superbikes at an average speed of over 130 mph through the quaint villages and over the rolling hills of the 37.73-mile Mountain Course. But don’t take my word for it, take the word of 19-time TT winner John McGuinness.

Things I wouldn't like to race: Part 1

Mon, 25 Jul 2011

Now I know that Mike Hailwood raced a 6-cylinder Honda but that's no excuse for this CBX I spotted at the Bikers Days Spa Classic. The 1047cc, inline 6 cylinder, 24 Valve, DOHC Honda might be a feat of engineering brilliance but it looks like it would be a right handful on track. I've added a picture of an oil tanker to give you an idea of just how long the CBX's wheelbase really is.
