Very clean, un-molested original 1980 Honda CB750C with only 14,520 miles. Runs and rides well as it is right now, but could use some TLC. Needs exhaust, as typical of this era, these mufflers have rusted from sitting an holding moisture due to their upswept angle (have seen several sets listed on ebay from $80 to $200). Also missing are both side covers which are available on ebay as well (about $100 a pair). I tore down, cleaned and re-kitted the carbs, but could use a new accelerator pump diaphragm. I tuned her with my old set of vacuum gauges, but with exhaust leaking would probably need to be dialed in with proper exhaust (attempted to patch holes with exhaust wrap, but doesn't work so well). Tank is very clean inside and does not leak even though is dented from fall-over incident in garage. The only other damage from the fall over is the chrome rim around the tachometer but is barely noticeable. Thank you for looking and more for buying. His skills on the blacktop are well known by now, but his speed in the dirt opened some eyes as he demonstrated during the Superprestigio, an invitational dirt track event revived by Marquez to have a little fun in the off season and showcase the skills of some of the top riders in the world. Marquez handily won the Superprestigio class for grand prix racers, while the Open class, comprised of non GP riders, was won by that class’ most notable entry: American Brad Baker, the reigning AMA Grand National Champion.

At the first test at Sepang 26 days ago - where the above footage was recorded - the 2007 and 2011 champion was the only rider to break the two minute barrier at the Malaysian circuit, ending the two-days at the track with a best time of 1:59.607.
