1975 Honda CB360 Cafe Race Bike - This is a custom built bike, I spent $3300 in cash and parts, over 200 hours of building. If you were to pay somebody to build one of these bikes you'd be looking at over $10,000. Gas tank is steel custom built, rest of bodywork is fibreglass custom built. Custom built 2 into 1 exhaust, motor has been modified, oversized pistons, oversized valves in head, and ported, 34mm carbs, 17 inch wheels. The shocks are original old Honda shocks and should be replaced. This bike has not been crashed but there is some scrapes on paint on lower fairing from the race track. This bike can be put back on the street and a clean title goes with it. I have the electrics and wiring harness that will go with it. Will charge an additional $200 to crate the bike if necessary and will deliver to local trucking company. Motorcycles at the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show
Mon, 28 Sep 2009Two weeks ago, I took a break from my regular duties gathering news for Motorcycle.com to fly to Germany to cover the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show for our sister site AutoGuide.com. For two hectic days, AutoGuide editor Colum Wood and I scrambled across the massive 6.2 million square foot Messe Frankfurt trade fair compound, running from press conference to press conference to get the latest on exotic sport cars, futuristic concept models and international unveilings from the automotive world. It was heaven for car lovers, but for me, it meant fighting my way through hordes of photogs, auto-journalists and car show models to get the first photos of four-wheeled goodies from MINI, Ferrari and Lotus.
Honda to Unveil Electric Sportbike Concept at Tokyo Motor Show
Thu, 10 Nov 2011Honda is set to unveil seven electric-powered concept vehicles at the upcoming 42nd Tokyo Motor Show, including a sportbike that has piqued our interest. According to Honda, the RC-E concept is a version of a sportbike that “pursues the joy of riding.” Honda says the RC-E will offer a powerful and smooth ride unique to an EV model and features a 250cc-class compact body. We’ll provide more details of the RC-E concept as they become available.
