Frame up rebuild - fresh 1st over top end including cam chain and adjuster. Rebuilt carbs, new rims, tires, spokes, and brakes. All new engine seals - Barnett clutch, new cable, many custom parts - Unit does have 2 small cracks in the windscreen. Only 32 miles on the unit since complete rebuild. Fiberglass GP tank treated for ethanol. Paint on the tank is o.k. but could stand to be professionally painted. This is a beautiful custom café racer in need of a new home. With plans to consolidate the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes and the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series signed through 2015, a spot will open up on race weekends for another racing class to support the premier Superbike Championship. The logical choice is to introduce a new small-displacement class.

Tue, 18 Feb 2014If there’s one constant when it comes to World Supersport racing, it’s that Kenan Sofuoglu will be at or near the front at all times. The former champ has a special ability when it comes to lapping middleweight sportbikes as quickly as possible, and it showed again at the conclusion of World Supersport testing at Phillip Island. Sofuoglu’s best time of 1:33.506 was set during the first day of testing, but still nobody was able to beat it.
