2007 Honda Cbr 1000RR, 2007 CBR1000RR has 11,600 miles and will go up as I continue to ride it. This is a great bike! Runs really strong and sounds great, has a two brothers exhaust, shorty adjustable levers, frame sliders, swing arm spools, tinted wind screen, and six inch swing arm extenders. Lowered about 2 inches. I have a brand new front tire for it just haven't had a chance to put it on and the rear tire will need to be changed next season but is ok the rest of the year unless you like to burn the tires off! lol. Asking $6,500 but I will negotiate with reasonable offers cash only, the only trade I will consider is on a 60s or early 70s muscle car. No joy rides and no test rides. Motorcycles at the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show
Mon, 28 Sep 2009Two weeks ago, I took a break from my regular duties gathering news for Motorcycle.com to fly to Germany to cover the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show for our sister site AutoGuide.com. For two hectic days, AutoGuide editor Colum Wood and I scrambled across the massive 6.2 million square foot Messe Frankfurt trade fair compound, running from press conference to press conference to get the latest on exotic sport cars, futuristic concept models and international unveilings from the automotive world. It was heaven for car lovers, but for me, it meant fighting my way through hordes of photogs, auto-journalists and car show models to get the first photos of four-wheeled goodies from MINI, Ferrari and Lotus.
2014 LA Calendar Motorcycle Show Concourse d’ Elegance Report
Wed, 06 Aug 2014The 2014 edition of the LA Calendar Motorcycle Show continued its now 23-year tradition as the premier outdoor streetbike event in America with producer photographer Jim Gianatsis moving the show this year to the beautiful green lawns of the Malibu Golf Course among the twisty canyon roads in the Santa Monica Mountains alongside the Pacific Ocean. Highlighting this year’s exciting activities was the emergence of another new and soon to be renown custom bike builder to the sport for which the Calendar Show is known for cultivating. Taking Best of Show in this year’s Calendar Bike Building Championship was Calin Senciac’s Imagine Vehicles International / ImagineVehicles.com motorsports fabrication shop with an incredible custom billet aluminum designed chassis built by Terry Ward and the shop crew, housing a legendary 1979 Honda CBX 1047cc air-cooled in-line 6-cylinder engine.
2013 Honda MSX125 – The Honda Monkey for the 21st Century
Wed, 09 Jan 2013Honda announced a new 125cc motorcycle aimed for youths that draws its inspiration from the Honda Monkey mini-bikes first introduced in the ’60s. The new 2013 Honda MSX125 (which stands for “Mini Street X-treme 125″) will be manufactured in Thailand. At the moment, it has been confirmed for Europe and Japan, but there is no word about U.S.
