Honda CL description

                        1967 HONDA CL77 305 SCRAMBLER

                                                                VIN: CL77-1062102

The 305 Scrambler hardly needs an introduction. If you are reading this ad, you most likely know the history of these bikes. CL77 production ran from 1965-1967.

This particular bike is a beautiful original (original paint, chrome, etc.) 1967 Honda CL77 Scrambler.  It not only looks good, it is a blast to ride and runs perfectly.

After acquiring the bike I disassembled it down to the frame, cleaned and polished everything, and put it back together.

To make it a reliable, nice and fun bike, I replaced the following wear and tear parts: New clutch plates, new clutch cable, new brake cable, new speedometer cable, new spark plugs, new battery, new seat cover and tires. I also cleaned and sealed the tank, and completely rebuild the carbs.

Clear SC Title on hand.

No snow here folks!

Fri, 31 Dec 2010

An erratic work schedule combined with a full season of kids racing means, there aren’t many opportunities during the summer months for the Mackenzie family to grab a holiday. Instead, we tend to save our pennies and head off somewhere sunny for Christmas. I love doing this as it shortens the UK winter but more importantly it means I miss the festive frenzy.  I do like Christmas, but I hate how everyone gets caught up in the retail madness that kicks off just before Halloween, then has everyone stressed (and skint)before Santa has even hitched up his sleigh.

New Honda Fury TV Spot is Scary [Video]

Thu, 28 May 2009

Ok, it’s not THAT new… Somehow it slipped passed me back in April.  I guess I was too busy watching people do wheelies on scooters. The new 2010 Honda Fury TV spot has a lot of quick edits of intense scenes including a shark jumping up at your face and various animals and people screaming at you.  Let’s not forget the dude getting punched in the face and people getting blown around by a tornado. Ya, it’s INTENSE and kind of scary.  You don’t see too much of the bike except for it standing stationary near the end.

Takeo Fukui’s speech this week was a bit on the gloomy side as the company adjusted its profit forecast by 67% in the wrong direction. Slumping auto sales and a sagging U.S. dollar were the main factors for Honda’s third profit forecast cut this year.
