1969 Honda CL90 Scrambler with only 5652 miles on the clock. Starts easy, runs great. Everything works but the horn. Showing general wear but overall good shape for the age. Carburetor recently rebuilt, gas tank cleaned and lined, points set, battery a couple years old. Tires have good tread but they are old. Miles will go up slightly as I ride the bike some. Fun little bike to ride.
$100 deposit via Paypal required within 24 hours of auction end, balance due in cash or cashier's check drawn on US Bank. This bike is local pick up only in Springfield, Illinois. Any and all shipping arrangements are the buyer's responsibility, I will do whatever I can to accommodate shipping, I know a few bike shippers that I can recommend. AMA Pro Flat Track Stars to Face Off in Ride Academy “Race of Legends”
Fri, 12 Apr 2013When the AMA Flat Track stars of today compete at the spring Springfield Mile, May 26 at the Illinois State Fairgrounds, they will be joined by the stars of the past, taking part in the “Ride of Legends“. Hosted by the Illinois Motorcycle Dealers Association and Ride Academy, a riding school founded by multiple Grand National race winner Mike Hacker, the “Ride of Legends” exhibition race will feature several other past Grand National event winners racing each other on Honda dirt bikes. Joining Hacker will be Jay Springsteen, Joe Kopp, Rich King, Ronnie Jones, Steve Beattie, Steve Moorehead and Chris Carr.
WSBK 2013: Donington Park Race Report
Mon, 27 May 2013Tom Sykes had an outstanding weekend in front of his home fans, scoring a pair of wins at the World Superbike Championship round at the United Kingdom’s Donington Park. The Kawasaki racer led every session from first qualifying onwards, before leading all 23 laps in both races for the double. The double victory brings Sykes to within 4 points of series leader Sylvain Guintoli who had a decent weekend himself with a pair of podium finishes.
