Honda CT description

This is a survivor. It's in great shape other than the following - faded headlight bucket, headlight not working, speedometer not working, left side decal rubbed off, handle bars are bent in a little. Complete, early ct70!

I picked this up from a friend a couple years ago. Tuned it up and put new tires on it. My son and I ride it around the neighborhood from time to time. Starts easy, runs well.

Unique silver-tag. This bike was produced in 1969 before they started putting the 1970 vin tags on the frame. Engine number is CT70E-110141.

Please let me know if you have any questions. I'm happy to meet a shipper if you are having the bike delivered.

The Japanese oddity to naming teams

Wed, 28 Jul 2010

Whenever the calendar shifts to a major Japanese race, such as the Suzuka 8hr, one of the more amusing things to do is glance down the team sheet This years highlight for me has to be team Moto Bum, with other stand outs including aprilia D.D.BOYS, Team Etching Factory Yamaha and MITO MOTO & e'freaks Honda. Looking back through the ages some of the great Japanese team names have been Burning Blood Racing Team, Dog Fight Racing and Team Moto Space amongst others. Honda NC700S and NC700X Coming to Canada – US Availability Still Uncertain

Wed, 23 Nov 2011

American Honda has not included the recently revealed NC700S and NC700X models in its 2012 list of offerings, but it looks like the two motorcycles will be available in Canada. Honda Canada has not made an official announcement but a dealership in Kelowna, B.C., has published a press release that appears to have come directly from Honda Canada saying the two models will be available in Canada in the summer of 2012. (EDIT: Honda Canada has confirmed the NC700 models will be at the Toronto Motorcycle Show Dec.

Honda Announces More New-Model Releases For 2012

Tue, 08 Nov 2011

Lost in all the hoopla surrounding the new models being released at EICMA this week, Honda has announced details about a few more models in its 2012 lineup: the CB1000R, CBR250R, Silver Wing scooter and the Ruckus, along with the cutting-edge VFR1200F that receives an infusion of impressive new technology for 2012 (which we’ll highlight in a separate blog entry). All of which are returning models from 2011. Pricing is yet to be determined.
