Nice original 1970 Honda Trail 70, bought from an old boy who had it in storage for along time. Originally I think it was titled in Iowa, but I have no title and know way of getting one, so please dont ask if I can get a title, it will be sold with a bill of sale. Cleaned it up, cleaned the carb, put some new gas in it and it started right up. Put new seat cover on, new kickstart shaft, new high low beam headlight switch, and a new tailight with gasket. It runs good, shifts good, and everything seems to be alright with it. It is a good canditate to ride as it is, or would be a nice restoration project Feel free to ask any and all questions. Once again no title, will be sold with a bill of sale. $500 deposit due within 24 hours of auction end, full payment due within 48 hours of auction end. Mon, 28 Feb 2011As I’ve been gagging for the new race season to kick off so it was almost a pleasure getting up at stupid 0 clock to watch the World Superbike Championship opener at Phillip Island last weekend. I have to say Messrs Burnicle and Whitham were on form although I was disappointed there were none of the usual verbal attacks on each other that always add to the entertainment. I’m sure they will put things right soon but the world superbike regulars must have been disheartened that Moto GP veterans nailed five of the six available rostrum slots.
