Up for sale is this really nice 1972 Honda CT70 which has been completely disassembled (other than the engine) and restored. The bikes frame,swing arm front forks,rear shocks and rims where all bead blasted down to bare metal then Primed,Powder Coated and then cleared .Every nut and bolt where machine polished then hand polished or replaced with OEM ones. All Chrome pieces where also polished or replaced with OEM parts. The back Taillight Bracket you cannot get anywhere so it was rechromed .I will try to list all the new parts on the bike. If there is something you don't see replaced just contact me.This bike runs really good and only has 3,000 miles on it so I did not rebuild the engine I just cleaned it up and put in new spark plug,points, oil and painted both side covers.This bike does not have a reserve so high bidder gets the bike.Again if you have a question please contact me. AMA Pro Flat Track Stars to Face Off in Ride Academy “Race of Legends”
Fri, 12 Apr 2013When the AMA Flat Track stars of today compete at the spring Springfield Mile, May 26 at the Illinois State Fairgrounds, they will be joined by the stars of the past, taking part in the “Ride of Legends“. Hosted by the Illinois Motorcycle Dealers Association and Ride Academy, a riding school founded by multiple Grand National race winner Mike Hacker, the “Ride of Legends” exhibition race will feature several other past Grand National event winners racing each other on Honda dirt bikes. Joining Hacker will be Jay Springsteen, Joe Kopp, Rich King, Ronnie Jones, Steve Beattie, Steve Moorehead and Chris Carr.

Recall on Kuryakyn Transformer Passenger Floorboards for Honda Gold Wing
Tue, 20 Dec 2011Accessory manufacturer Küryakyn is issuing a recall on its Transformer passenger floorboards for the 2001-2011 Honda Gold Wing. According to documents filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the mounts of the Küryakyn Transformer floorboards may crack and break free from the mounting bolts. The floorboards may unexpectedly fall off the motorcycle, potentially leading to a crash or injury.
