Honda Gold Wing description

I am selling this for a friend of mine at work.

This is a 1981 Honda Goldwing GL 1100 in good condition. This bike has been owned by him or his father for 20+ years and was driven daily to work through late July 2013. It has a oil leaking from behind the timing belt cover and is not drivable as is. It has 158,000 miles and tires are half tread. This will make a great project bike or a parts bike. He recently purchased a Honda vtx 1800 and has no need for it anymore. Any questions please call David @ 252-333-0570.

Bike is to be picked up in Hertford NC 27944.

Is this Honda's inspiration for mass-centralisation

SORRY TO keep carpin’ on about porcelain bathroom products but this beauty, I think, is of great motorcycling significance. Feast on its elegant lines and classical, elegant beauty. Combining an integral hand basin (with a nifty electrically operated water pump in the cistern lid) this john not only provides ingenious space saving design techniques but also serves as a timely reminder to wash your hands once you’ve pointed Percy at the porcelain.

2012 Honda Fireblade and NC700X launch

Mon, 21 Nov 2011

I'm chucking a few essential items into my massive stuffa bag, ready to go to Portimao tomorrow for the International launch of not just the Honda NC700X but also the new Fireblade, too. You couldn't fathom two bikes at further ends of the scale. One all about performance and speed, the other about user-friendliness and thrift.

Mac Motorcycles

British motorcycle design studio Xenophya Design and product designer Ellis Pitt have teamed up to produce a new company, Mac Motorcycles. Based out of Upton-Upon-Severn in Worcestershire, England, Mac Motorcycles will produce a line of bikes powered by Buell’s air-cooled single cylinder 492cc engines used in the Blast, with a tubular backbone frame. On the company’s website, Pitt describes its bikes as being simple to maintain, include references and details from choppers and bobbers and feature “Harley posture, flat-track manners, Ducati handling”.
