Honda Gold Wing description

1984 Honda Goldwing Aspencade

Only 2,565 original miles since new in 1984

Please call (586)243-6001 if you have questions

I am selling my 1 owner 1984 Honda Goldwing Aspencade.  This is most likely one of the finest surviving examples of this bike available any where in the world.  It was purchased new at Hackers Honda in northern Michigan in 1984 and has only seen the road for a very easy 2565 dry road miles.  It has spent the rest of its life I a climate controlled garage with the rest of an extensive motorcycle collection.  The bike has never seen a wet road and has probably been washed 1 time since 1984.  The bike runs perfect and everything works as it should.  I recently had the bike taken out of storage and tuned up including a new battery, new plugs, changed all fluids and cleaned and adjusted the carbs.  It is running perfect.  The bike is virtually flawless however it dose have a chip on the fender, tank and fairing edge molding.  Everything on the bike is original all paint and even the tires witch are in great shape because of how the bike was stored.  I am selling this bike with 2 original keys, owners manual, air gauge, tool kit, luggage set, 2 Honda covers, and 2 matching Honda helmets in there original boxes.  This is it if you want the cleanes Goldwing around this is a museum piece you will never see one like this again.

I do have the bike for sale locally so don't be afraid to give me a call if you are interested I do reserve the right to end the auction if I make a deal.

Full payment is due within 7 days of the auctions close.  Please do not bid if you do not have the money ready to go.

Again please call my cell phone if you are interested in the bike or have questions.

Gresini Unveils 2012 MotoGP and Moto3 Honda Race Bikes

Tue, 13 Mar 2012

Last season, Alvaro Bautista rode on one of the best looking motorcycles on the MotoGP grid, the Suzuki GSV-R in Rizla powder blue livery by Troy Lee Designs. This season, Bautista is riding the Gresini Honda RC213V, but instead of its previous white paint job, the Gresini machine is in a sleek black. No reason for the color change was announced, though it’s possible the choice is a sign of mourning for the late Marco Simoncelli whose place Bautista is assuming with Gresini.

And it's goodbye to all that ...

WHAT, you may well be asking, is a picture of an upturned helicopter doing on a website dedicated to motorcycles? Chopper fans amongst you may know this isn't any ordinary helicopter, it's an Agusta 109C; an 8-seat twin-turbine multi-million dollar aircraft capable of whisking its occupants across the sky at around 170mph. And my point is?

You want a nice little car, you do.

We ran a couple of stories last week - both, coincidentally, about new Kawasakis. One was the first peek of the new ZX10R – hot stuff you’d imagine – the other, the new W800 retro parallel twin. I suppose it shouldn’t have shocked us, which story was most popular in terms of hits but it really does mark a seismic shifts in British biking attitudes that the W800 story doubled the hits of the ZX10 piece.
