Honda Gold Wing description

Two Seater California Sidecar GoldWing low mileage rig LOADED with all the extras that make a sidecar rig so much fun and easy to operate: Electric-Reverse (SE Model); Aux. 4 gal Fuel Tank with elec. transfer pump; Electric Lean on the sidecar to trim the rig to run straight without pull when differently loaded; Easy-Steer Fork Triple Crown ( can't live without this,, steering effort way less than with OEM setup); Super-Duty Fork tubes with Double Slider Bushings(so you are not replacing the bushings every 10k to 15k with sidecar use); Backup Lights and Brake light Flasher System; Sidecar & Wing integrated intercom; Sidecar air Horn; Sidecar 12Volt power outlet; Sidecar Soft Top and electric blanket (to keep you passenger warm and dry in bad weather); Sidecar interior is New and fresh; Sidecar has a set of Bras to protect from sand and gravel when on the road;  Brand New Dunlop tires and brake linings on the Wing and Sidecar as well as fresh spark plugs, oil and filter, and fresh firm foam padding in the GoldWing seat; All coolant hoses, vacuum hoses, belts, and rubber fuel lines were replaced in the couple of years after I acquired this rig to prevent the common breakdowns caused by failed rubber parts…I have had "Zero" problems over the years in this area.

Bike is and has been stored up on jack stands in a clean dry Garage when not being ridden. . .PLUS I have a "Spare Motor ( 1991 SE w/electric reverse)" with only 74,321 miles complete with exhaust and carburetors that a match with this rig. . . I have reduced the price to $6400 (if you do not want the spare motor and parts). However, I'll make you a great deal on the motor and spare parts if you want them.

Much more than I can list here so contact me through email with questions or more pictures. I'm getting too old to travel by motorcycle so someone else can now enjoy this fine sidecar rig for years to come. . . . I have a book on how to operate a sidecar rig that I will give you along with a few free lesson thrown in to get you comfortable with the rig...Not hard to ride at all ,,just different. . . AND FUN !!

If you are quite a distance from Southern California,  Fly in and pickup the rig and ride it home like my wife and I did ten years ago when we bought it… I'll pick you up,, show you the rig and give you a quick lesson on how to operate it, then take you to the local Ramada Inn to rest up. Next morning,  breakfast,  another driving lesson and you'll be on your way home that afternoon just like we did…It was one of the greatest fun trips we have ever done…and we have done a lot of road trips!

IF you have kids or dogs or just like the attention of people talking to you every time you stop the rig,,, then this is the setup for you! Trikes are cool,,, but Sidecar Rigs are Super-Cool ! Trikes need to pull a travel trailer to have the Cargo Space on this Rig..The Sidecar trunk is just enormous ,,,and I'm not kidding! My wife packs 7 gym bags full of her clothes and stuff into the trunk when we travel.. This is a touring rig to end all motorcycle touring rigs….

2014 Honda CB1100 Announced

Wed, 20 Nov 2013

The Honda CB1100 has only been available here in North America for a year, but for 2014, the retro-styled standard is already getting an update. That’s because the CB1100 has been around for a bit longer overseas, and for nearly everywhere but here, it’s ripe for a modest refresh. For 2014, Honda is replacing the previous version’s five-speed transmission with a six-speed gearbox.

Crossover Honda CRF450R again upgraded

Wed, 24 May 2017

The first update is related to the kickstarter, or rather, its absence: now the “single-barrel” in the basic version is started by an electric starter with a very light Li-ion battery. The second difference of the newly rejuvenated CRF450R is the suspension with changed settings - obviously, it steers more fun and perky than before.
