UP FOR SALE my 2003 Honda Goldwing GL 1800 ABS Model with LOW MILES.
I purchased this machine in 2012 with 23K miles and have had a lot of fun enjoying this machine. It has been to Yellowstone, Blue Ridge Parkway, Colorado, Kentucky, Tennessee and various other locations without mechanical problems. This bike gets great fuel mileage for a touring bike; High 51mpg Low 38 mpg. It is all in how you ride it. Tires are replaced every 2 years, the oil is changes every 3k miles. Recall on Kuryakyn Transformer Passenger Floorboards for Honda Gold Wing
Tue, 20 Dec 2011Accessory manufacturer Küryakyn is issuing a recall on its Transformer passenger floorboards for the 2001-2011 Honda Gold Wing. According to documents filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the mounts of the Küryakyn Transformer floorboards may crack and break free from the mounting bolts. The floorboards may unexpectedly fall off the motorcycle, potentially leading to a crash or injury.
