Up for sale is my 2003 Honda Goldwing and Matching Trailer. Wing has 33,822 miles and is a 9 on a scale to 10. Almost has every chrome options, light options and passenger options made. I purchase the wing 3 years ago, road a lot now we travel all the time and it's just to big to move in and out of our 5-wheeler. This is a dream to ride!!! The matching trailer is the BEST bike trailer made period. Air ride (adjustable), watertight, cooler compartment, lined and lighted inside. Storage on trailer is 76" long (plus arm 25") and 32" wide. The only blemished is on both side bags, slight rub marks from boxers that moved during transport, see pictures. Other KEY options added are, extended windshield (I'm 6'2" and I can ware a hat and it will not blow off) SD card reader to store music, I have the original CD player too, Heal/toe shifter, cup holder, 2 full sets of helmet speakers for intercom/CB/Music and so much more. Contact anytime. I'm selling it because I know for the next few years I will not have the time to ride. We are away all winter and do not want it to just sit. I must admit, I'd never heard of it before we ran the news story, so I got onto YouTube and tried to find footage of a very efficient and humble Japanese businessman unloading one out of the boot of a Honda Civic in order to minimise their carbon footprint, but no... I couldn't find one.
Honda Sold 16.8 Million Motorcycles in 2013
Wed, 29 Jan 2014Honda announced sales of 16.8 million motorcycles in 2013, an improvement of 8.7% from the 15.5 million motorcycles sold in 2012. The announcement was made two days before Honda’s third quarter report for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2013, so we will have to wait to hear the financial impact, but based on these numbers, the quarterly report should be positive.
MotoGP to Standardize ECU Software in 2016 Season
Tue, 18 Mar 2014MotoGP‘s Grand Prix Commission announced the series will adopt a standardized Engine Control Unit hardware and software programming for all entries starting with the 2016 season. At the moment, all teams are required to use a standard ECU hardware supplied by Magneti Marelli. Teams competing under the Factory option are allowed to use their own proprietary software programming while Open option participants must use standardized software.
