This motorcycle was purchased 5/29/15 new. The model year is 2012. Immediately had a Roadsmith trike kit installed with a 6 degree rake. The bike is equipped with XM radio, Navigation, luggage rack, spoiler, running lights, CB radio, foot pegs with running boards, and trailer hitch. Lost in all the hoopla surrounding the new models being released at EICMA this week, Honda has announced details about a few more models in its 2012 lineup: the CB1000R, CBR250R, Silver Wing scooter and the Ruckus, along with the cutting-edge VFR1200F that receives an infusion of impressive new technology for 2012 (which we’ll highlight in a separate blog entry). All of which are returning models from 2011. Pricing is yet to be determined.

The penultimate day of Dakar 2014 saw a dramatic change in the overall standings which could make for an exciting final stage tomorrow. Today, however, Yamaha Factory Racing rider Cyril Despres took his second special stage win of 2014 and his 33rd career win for Dakar. Coma, despite taking a 15 minute penalty, finished second for the day, maintaining his overall lead.
