Honda Gold Wing description

2013 Honda Gold Wing GL1800 GL18HPM Audio Comfort Motorcycle

I bought this motorcycle approximately 6 months ago and have ridden it approximately 2,100 miles.  It is fully functional and completely stock (i.e. no modifications have been made, no factory or aftermarket parts/accessories have been installed).  It has no damage of any kind (i.e. no scratches, no scrapes, no bumps, no dents, no corrosion, no worn surfaces, no fading, etc.) and has never "fallen over", "tipped over", been hit, hit anything, been wrecked, etc.  Its current condition matches its showroom floor condition other than the mileage.  I'm selling this bike because of some changes in family/financial/transportation circumstances.  The full factory warranty will be active until March 2016.  I own this motorcycle outright i.e. this motorcycle has no lender, loan, liens, etc.  The motorcycle and I are in Tampa FL.

BIDDERS WITH A FEEDBACK SCORE LESS THAN 5 SHOULD CONTACT ME PRIOR TO BIDDING.  Please note that the winning bidder must arrange pick-up, shipping etc.   The final sale price will include zero allowance for shipping, transportation, or other administrative considerations.  The winning bidder must make a $300.00 non-refundable deposit within 72 hours of the end of the auction.  Any bidder who does not intend to personally pick-up the bike should contact me directly prior to bidding.  Please feel free to ask questions but please do not ask questions if you are not a serious bidder.

Honda And Repsol Celebrate 20 Years Together

Mon, 10 Feb 2014

If we were to play a game of word association, the mention of “Repsol” would automatically trigger “Honda” from the audience, or at least anyone who pays the slightest bit of attention to Grand Prix racing. That’s because the two companies have achieved much success in this, their 20th year as partners. The longest running partnership between sponsor and manufacturer in the history of the Motorcycle World Championship, Repsol Honda has won 10 World titles, 124 race wins and 338 podiums in 500cc and MotoGP.

Honda Returning to AMA Pro Racing with Team Hammer and Dane Westby

Mon, 07 Jan 2013

Days after the release of the reigning AMA Daytona Sportbike champion from his contract, the Geico Motorcycle race team announced it will field Dane Westby with the backing of Team Hammer on a Honda CBR600RR season. Westby rode last season for Team Hammer on the M4 Suzuki GSX-R600 to finish second overall behind fellow Team Hammer rider Martin Cardenas who raced on a Geico-sponsored Suzuki GSX-R600. Last week, Team Hammer released Cardenas from his contract option for the 2013 season so he could pursue opportunities in the Superbike class.

WSBK 2013: Assen Race Report

Mon, 29 Apr 2013

Tom Sykes earned his first win of the 2013 season and came a hair short of a double victory at the World Superbike Championship round at Assen in the Netherlands. Traditionally a fast starter and qualifier, Sykes started on the pole once again at Assen and had strong starts in both races. But unlike the first two rounds where he started strong before fading, the Kawasaki factory rider was able to remain at the front in both races at Assen and earn some valuable championship points.
