Honda Other description

1957 HONDA Benly JC57. Very good condition for 55 yr old bike.

Frame# JC57-7287**  Engine#  4J-7289**  the number different about 200~300 which mean original engine, never replaced.

This bike extremely RARE to find even in Japan. It has been storage for more than 30 years.

Condition is very original, with good original black paint, good compression of the engine, movement of all the gears, clutch and the brakes work.

The Fuel tank has dent and rust out side but inside of fuel tank is very good condition. The exhaust pipe has dent and the muffler has small hole on the bottom.

I did have to clean the point and carb out then get it to run. Otherwise I did not rebuild it.

The fuel tank was missing when I bought this bike. But I found this fuel tank on the auction. missing tank emblem, pet cock and taillight lens.

It has original ignition key, still has handle lock with original key and its work fine.

It will need some tidying up or restore it but is a good honest bike.

Stuck for a gift? Solution No3: Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki or Kawasaki merchandise

Fri, 09 Dec 2011

After the excesses of KTM and Harley's gifts ranges, Hondas seems tame. But even the sober Japanese firm has a handful of oddities in its line-up. The Japanese have been accused of imitating in the past, and Honda's incorporation of a baby's dummy in its official accessories catalogue mimics KTM's 'Silencer-System Mini Pro'.

San Carlo Gresini To Field CRT Entry with Honda CBR1000RR Engine

Tue, 15 Nov 2011

The San Carlo Gresini race team announced it will compete in the 2012 MotoGP World Championship as a Claiming Rules Team with a Honda CBR1000RR engine in an FTR prototype chassis. The move is a late, but unfortunately necessary change from the team’s original plan to run the factory-level Honda RC213V racebike. The late Marco Simoncelli was tabbed to ride the newest version of Honda’s MotoGP machine next season, but after his tragic death, Gresini had to find another option if it wanted to continue racing.

WSBK 2013: Portimao Race Report

Mon, 10 Jun 2013

Marco Melandri and Eugene Laverty split a pair of victories at Portugal’s Portimao circuit while Sylvain Guintoli took advantage of some misfortune to his championship rivals to increase his lead in the 2013 World Superbike Championship standings. Guintoli has been leading or sharing the lead in the championship since winning the first race of Round 1 in Australia, but amazingly continues to lead despite having just that single victory after six rounds. The Aprilia rider has accomplished this through his consistency (Guintoli leads all racers with nine podium finishes in 12 races) and ability to finish each race (he’s the only rider in the top seven without a DNF).
