Honda Other description

This is a 1970 Z50A K3 Vin# Z50A-289607  I bought it from the original owner 3 months ago with the plans of  restoring it. I am not able to do that so need to sell. I do not have the title the guy couldn t not find it. I was going to pursue getting it but never did. The overall condition is really good. The tank had a small repair by the petcock. All else is good. It is not perfect but its not junk like others i have seen on internet for sale. My price i think is really fair for its condition. You can make an offer but i am close to being firm.

I am a certified Honda mechanic from the 80's i have worked on several of these.

The bike starts 1 or 2 kicks everytime i cleaned and adjusted  the carburator, tuned it up changed the oil. Bike shifts and the clutch works like it should. The headlight and taillight work as does the brake light. The bike is all there with the exception of the air filter. Bike does smoke some also.

I will be happy to ship the bike within the usa. Buyer pays all shipping cost.

I live in Muscatine Iowa 52761

Honda Developing V4 MotoGP Production Racer

Fri, 22 Jun 2012

Honda is reportedly developing a production racer based on its RC213V racebike that could be sold to teams looking to compete in MotoGP. The new racebike is expected to be of a lower-spec than the RC213V prototype but perform better than a CRT machine with a production-based engine. According to a report by racing site MotoMatters and French magazine Moto Journal, the new V4-engined production racer will be sold to race teams instead of being leased, as is the case with current satellite teams and their race prototypes.

Tue, 03 Sep 2013

Tom Sykes has taken over the lead in the 2013 World Superbike Championship standings after splitting race victories with Chaz Davies at Germany’s Nurburgring circuit. Both races ended prematurely however with red flags during the final laps. Pata Honda‘s Jonathan Rea and FIXI Crescent Suzuki‘s Leon Camier both crashed on the 18th lap of Race One after running into oil spilled on the track from Pedercini Kawasaki racer Federico Sandi‘s ZX-10R.
