Up for auction is a 1971 Honda SL100 it has good chrome, straight wheels and the engine runs great with no smoke and usually starts on the first kick. Its missing a side cover and a chain guard but you could find these parts on Ebay. It does have a new ignition, battery and seat cover. The headlight works and it needs a new bulb in the taillight. The wiring has not been messed with and its a good solid foundation for a restoration. There is no title with this bike. If you have any questions you can call me at 412-335-3415. FIM Updates Superbike Racing Homologation Lists for 2013
Tue, 19 Feb 2013The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) has released an updated list of motorcycles homologated for the 2013 Superbike, Supersport, and Superstock racing season. Notable additions include the new BMW S1000RR HP4, the MV Agusta F3 and the Superbike-spec Ducati 1199 Panigale R. To qualify a production-based racebike for FIM homologations, manufacturers have to meet certain production thresholds.

Produced in Nigeria for sale across the continent, the new Honda CG110 is designed to offer good fuel economy and durability while meeting the challenge of Nigerian road conditions. Honda plans to sell 40,000 units per year at a price of 100,000 Nigerian naira.

Mon, 24 Feb 2014The 2014 World Supersport season opened in dramatic fashion after a red-flagged restart turned the 18-lap race into a five-lap sprint, with MV Agusta making a triumphant return to the top of the podium for the first time since 1976. The Supersport event began with a hard-fought battle between three-time champion Kenan Sofuoglu, Kev Coghlan and Michael van der Mark. Sofuoglu and his Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R held a slim lead over Coghlan’s Yamaha R6 and van der Mark’s Honda CBR600RR when the race was halted after CIA Insurance Honda rider Jack Kennedy suffered an engine problem and leaked oil onto the track.
