Up for sale is a Honda QA50 49cc mini motorcycle. I am not sure of the year, I believe it to be 1973 but I could be wrong. It is in working condition, I have a video of it running that I can email/text to you. I rode it around our farm yesterday. It has a new seat on it, the fenders have been re-painted. The rear fender has a small chip in it. The gas tank is the original with a few chips in it (see photos). You must come get it or arrange shipping. The bike is located in Creedmoor, NC. $100 deposit is required on paypal within 24 hours. Thanks!

Marco Melandri bit a chunk off of Max Biaggi‘s World Superbike championship points lead by taking a pair of wins at Brno. The double was the first in Melandri’s career and the first for BMW. Biaggi, who arrived in the Czech Republic with four wins and nine podium finishes in ten previous races at Brno, was held off the podium this year, shrinking his lead in the championship to 21 points from 48.

James Toseland Announces Retirement from Racing

Two-time World Superbike Champion James Toseland announced his immediate retirement from motorcycle racing due to a debilitating injury to his right wrist. Signed with the BMW Motor Italia racing team, Toseland has been limited to just seven of 20 races in this season’s WSBK Championship due to the wrist injury initially suffered during a private test at Spain’s Aragon circuit in March. After undergoing an operation for the injury, Toseland made two attempts at returning to racing, first at the Miller Motorsports Park round in May and again at the Silverstone round in July.
