1980 Honda XL250S
I picked this item up at auction. The person selling it told me that it had been sitting for 30 years or so. It is a vintage year with very low miles. I had to replace the carburetor because the gas had dried out and plugged\corroded everything inside the carb. Once I did that, the unit started right up and runs great. I've been using it all summer and have had lots of fun with it however; I just picked up a Harley and now this needs to go. This is a dual purpose trail\street bike. Does great on the trails and can easily be driven to the trails without having to haul it. I picked up a re-jetting kit since we are at high altitude. I will include the kit with the sale. Jeremy Burgess Out and Silvano Galbusera In as Valentino Rossi’s Crew Chief
Mon, 11 Nov 2013Valentino Rossi has parted ways with longtime crew chief Jeremey Burgess, ending a partnership that extended across 14 years and three different manufacturers while capturing seven MotoGP and 500cc Grand Prix World Championships. Burgess will be replaced by Louis CK lookalike Silvano Galbusera, a veteran crew chief and mechanic whose most extensive experience comes from World Superbike and Supersport racing. As crew chief and/or technical director, Galbusera has worked with an impressive roster of riders including Troy Corser, Noriyuki Haga, Cal Crutchlow and Ben Spies.

Mon, 12 Aug 2013Since wild camping in the UK is generally regarded as trespassing, I opted for a crowded campsite in the heart of Sussex, open fires allowed, to see if the MOTOTENT is worth the £399 price tag. On the face of it the MOTOTENT is essentially a two man dome tent with a porch, Well I can pick up one of those up from Argos for £100 or less. Also I was struggling to understand why you would buy a tent that you can sleep in and store your bike in overnight, certainly in the UK most places you are likely to stay are fairly secure campsites.
