For sale is a Honda CX500 Custom. Motorcycle is in very good condition and VERY well taken care of. My husband does most of the work on it himself and always kept in great repair. It has only 9,788 miles on it!! He is the 3rd owner that I know of and only rides it for pleasure at home. It is a garage kept bike, but due to being over 30 years old, does have just a little bit of rust. I believe that a lot of that would come out with just a little cleaning.

He has really loved this motorcycle, but doesn't ride it much and it needs to go to someone who will get more use out of it :) It is an awesome classic motorcycle and will be perfect for anyone's collection! These are getting harder to find in good condition so don't pass up this great deal!!

My husband just gave the carburetor a great cleaning and its running really good now. The tags just expired in July so it would need to go through inspection. I'm sure it would do so with no problem. There are no major issues, just normal wear for the age of the bike. There are some rust spots and one very small tear in the seat that is almost not noticeable all the way on the back. (see pics) The leather has been very well taken care of. It also has some scratches on the paint, but no major pealing or anything like that. $100.00 deposit through Paypal needed within 24 hours of auction end. The rest due in cash at time of pickup. The Africa Twin parallel twin will be installed in another chassis - an asphalt tourist one. Unfortunately, at the moment there are no official pictures, only the fantasies of fans and third-party designers. Only one thing is clear - the engine will be 1100cc, and just like the CRF1100 Africa Twin touring enduro and CMX1100 Rebel chopper, the engine will be offered with both a conventional motorcycle foot-shift gearbox and a DCT robot.

Stoner Blows Away Competition on Final Day of MotoGP Sepang Test

To be the man, you have to beat the man, and after the final day of MotoGP’s pre-season test in Malaysia, Repsol Honda‘s Casey Stoner continues to be the man. The reigning MotoGP World Champion didn’t let lingering soreness from the back problems that sidelined him for the first day of testing at Sepang slow him down. On just his second of 21 laps on the final day, Stoner set a blistering lap time of 1:59.607, besting second-fastest rider Jorge Lorenzo by 0.591 seconds.While there’s still some room for improvement to be found his Honda RC213V, Stoner will turn things over to the engineers and fly back home to Switzerland to his wife Adriana for the birth of their first child.

It was a long time coming, but sidecar racer Conrad Harrison can add one accomplishment to his resume: Isle of Man TT winner. Harrison, along with passenger Mike Aylott won the first of two Sure Sidecar TT races. The win was the first for Harrison since he made his Isle of Man TT debut 21 years ago in 1993.
