1998 Honda ST1100 Pan European

Up for sale here is an amazingly clean and original 1998 Honda ST1100 Pan European.  If you are looking at this ad you probably know that these bikes are amazingly comfortable, smooth, and built to go over 200,000 miles.  Don't spend $20,000 on a new BMW.  These old ST's may be the most versatile and nimble sport tourer's ever built!  Don't let the mileage scare you!!! This one is just getting broken in with 61,000 miles and just about everything on it is original.  All the fairings are in great condition and intact, all electrics work, 12volt socket for heated gear, front auxiliary lights with lighted switch, twist lock bar end cruise control, Sargent seat, factory rear seat rest and rear cargo rack included (does not come with top case).  Sale includes original Honda tool kit!  Includes factory removable/lockable side cases (one of the locks binds but two locks per case). These bikes have a massive 7 gallon tank and I would not hesitate to drive it from Boston to San Diego tomorrow!

This bike has been lovingly maintained throughout it's life.  It has always been serviced and had the timing belt replaced 10,000 miles ago.  Still has factory exhaust.  I don't think you will find a cleaner ST1100 out there.  The tires on the bike are on their last season and have some choppiness.  For a perfect road feel I would have them changed now or over the winter though there is still plenty of tread left.  This isn't a result of an alignment issue, rather from being commuted with on straight highway stretches and weighing in at 650lbs dry.  Other than that, the pictures speak for themselves!  Check out Rewind Motorworks feedback!  We take pride in writing honest ads and getting you exactly what you bid on!! Please feel free to ask any questions and will typically respond within two hours! DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS ONE!!!!

MotoGP to Hold Official Test in Argentina; South American Nation Returning to Calendar for 2014

Thu, 11 Apr 2013

Dorna Sports announced there will be a MotoGP test at Argentina’s Circuito Internacional Termas de Rio Hondo in July to allow teams to prepare for the track’s expected addition to the 2014 MotoGP calendar. Argentina was actually supposed to join the MotoGP tour this season, but the round was scrapped because of a dispute between the country and Spain after the Argentine government seized control of a Repsol subsidiary. Repsol is, of course, a prominent sponsor of several teams including Honda‘s factory team.

Crossover Honda CRF450R again upgraded

Wed, 24 May 2017

The first update is related to the kickstarter, or rather, its absence: now the “single-barrel” in the basic version is started by an electric starter with a very light Li-ion battery. The second difference of the newly rejuvenated CRF450R is the suspension with changed settings - obviously, it steers more fun and perky than before.
