1959 Honda 250 Dream Vintage motor cycle (1959)
as I said this is a barn find,not much is known about this bike except what ive researched on my own the vin is C71-59-A10006. It is a 1959 250 dream 1 of the first brought into the U.S.A. This 1968 Honda Super 90 is from the Hamilton Honda Motorcycle collection in Apache Junction, Arizona. We purchased this Super 90 from the original owner in Bothell, Washington who owned this bike for 42 years, since he was 13 years old. It is a Japanese market machine that was brought back by a Merchant Mariner family friend in 1968 for the owner, hence the KPM speedometer. This Super 90 was restored by Gary Sheckler of Issaquah, Washington who was a Honda mechanic and service manager for over 40 years. The Candy Blue paint was painted by Ed Carlson of Tucson, Arizona. Honda antique 49cc Z50A (1969)
This is a very nice little 3 speed automatic cycle. It has new throttle cable, new tires front and rear, it will start first kick every time (I could almost guareentee it) sounds great, no smoke at all, I believe the seat was redone at one time and is missing the front brake, although the back brake works good. I'm the 3rd owner, selling this little gem because its to fast for the grandchildren, its more of a motorcycle than a minibike, a real classic that can be made beautiful with a little time, a very good investment, can be seen anytime, 7one7six2four8one5two , need to sell. Up for sale is a !969 Honda Z50 Mini trail. Bike runs good and is in good shape for its age. Seat is torn a little. It’s all original except for an aftermarket tank (the original comes with bike and could easily be restored and hold fuel) the tail light is not original and I replaced the cables, points, condenser etc. I have a new chain and sprockets to be put on and a new aft exhaust tube (see photo) the original is ok and on the bike. This 45 year old Honda has a three speed transmission with a automatic clutch. As you can see from the pictures, it has no dents, there are some scratches and some paint chips, but it still looks great. The chrome is clean and brilliant. My 4 grandsons rode this often and it is still super smooth, strong, quick, and easy to start. For sale is my 1980 Honda CM400. It started its life has a CM400E but somewhere along the line, someone added the comstar wheels, front disc brake and a tach. The bike is in fair condition but does not run right now. The fuel tank needs to be cleaned out and the carbs rebuilt (carbs clogged). The engine has a small oil leak. All of the electrical items work and the tires are new (less then 100 miles on them). There's also a new battery installed (needs re-charge) The bike shows 31,215 miles but I'm unsure if this is correct. The bike has a clear Delaware title and is registered until 9-2015. I have an original air box and side covers. The bike is being sold "as is", there is no warranty. Local pick up only or buyer will need to arrange shipping. The following has been done to insure a trouble free and enjoyable experience for the new owner: 1) New tires and tubes 2) Brake drums cleaned and brake shoes scrubbed clean 3) Replaced headlight with new OEM Honda high/low beam head light 4) Replaced broken high/low beam switch with a correct one 5) Cleaned and rebuilt carburetor 6) Removed and cleaned gas tank 7) Replaced fuel lines and clips and installed inline fuel filters 8) Adjusted valves and set points 9) Adjusted clutch 10) Replaced spark plug 11) Cleaned and replaced air cleaner 12) Changed oil 13) Removed chain guard, removed all old dirt and grease, cleaned and lubed chain 14) Removed front shocks cleaned, lubricated and re-installed 15) Replaced cracked seat cover and strap with a new correct one 16) Touched up scuffs and scratches 17) Replaced broken mirror with 2 new chrome mirrors 18) Replaced sun cracked had grips with new ones 19) Cleaned and detailed bike I have re-done a lot of Passports and this is one of the LOWEST MILED ONES I HAVE FOUND! It runs and rides like a new one and will cruise down the road withmy 200 pound but on it at 35-40 miles per hour all day long and get 110 miles per gallon doing it! It shifts thru all 3 gears up and down effortlessly and stops on a dime. This is a "NOEXCUSES NO SURPRISES PASSPORT".
