Honda Other description

1981 Honda CM200T Candy Bourgogne Red 12705 Original Miles. The CM200T Twinstar was sold in 1981 and was available in 2 colors: Candy Bourgogne Red or Candy Sword Blue. The "HONDA" and "TWINSTAR" emblems and outer pinstripes were gold. This year the bike had a CD ignition instead of breaker points. Also it had a twelve volt electrical system instead of the 6 v of the previous year. There was a chrome grip handle behind the seat. The engine was a 194cc OHC parallel twin linked to a four gear transmission. Great little collector or perfect for learning how to ride. See photos for info or email with any questions regarding sales or shipping.

Care to lap a race track alongside racing legends Kenny Roberts, Eddie Lawson, Bubba Shobert and other greats? Curious about what really takes place during a new-motorcycle test session? Want to know how those cool action photos you see in the magazines are created? All this and a whole lot more is within the digital pages of Dain Gingerelli’s new tome; Motors For Nothing (Kicks For Free).

The modern Honda Gold Wing is equipped with a double wishbone front suspension, which not only increases ride comfort, but also allows the geometry of the motorcycle not to change during acceleration and braking. Lever suspension, which stabilizes the bahavior, may appear on other models of the company in the future. This is hinted at by patent images of similar systems integrated into the design of completely different motorcycles - the “classic” CB1100 and the small-capacity C125 Super Cub.

Wed, 23 May 2012

You've probably seen the video of Simon Crafar smoking up the 2012 GSX-R1000 at Almeria. Impressive stuff. Suzuki are (correct me if I'm wrong) the last manufacturer of an inline four superbike not to offer it with some sort of electronic rider aids.
