Honda Shadow description

This bike was bought by a man with little experience when he dropped it with his wife on the back he parked it. He finnally sold it and now has a new chain and sprockets and new tires. Now that I have it just like I wanted it I have a medical condition and the doc says I shouldn't be on a bike. The miles are correct and everthing functions like it should. The bike is located in Zellwood Fl. northwest of Orlando. Will require $500.00 down thru paypal and cash on delivery. You may call me during the day @ 321-689-4176 Thanks Jack

2014 HRC Dakar Team Announced

Thu, 30 May 2013

Today at Mugello, ahead of this weekend’s MotoGP race at the famous Italian racetrack, Team HRC unveiled its 2014 Dakar team and motorcycle. Interestingly, one person many thought could be a Red Rider this year after leaving KTM, Cyril Despres, will not be riding a Honda next year, instead joining Yamaha’s Dakar effort.   However, HRC’s team still features five accomplished riders: Helder Rodrigues (Portugal), Sam Sunderland (UK), Javier Pizzolito (Argentina),  Joan Barreda (Spain) and Paulo Goncalves (Portugal), all of whom will be competing on the CRF450 Rally.

Honda Reports Q1 2011-2012 Results

Tue, 02 Aug 2011

Honda reported a 88.3% year-on-year decrease in net profit over its first quarter ended June 30, 2011, thanks in large part to the March 11 earthquake and ensuing tsunamis in Japan. Honda reported a profit of 31.7 billion yen (US$411.1 million) over the quarter, a fraction of the 272.4 billion yen (US$3.53 billion) reported over the same quarter last year.  The decrease came mainly from a large dropoff in automobile sales. Net sales from the motorcycle division helped keep Honda in the black despite a drop in unit sales.
