Honda Shadow description

This 2002 Honda Shadow Spirit has a classic look with some nice chrome finishes.  Its about to cross the 3,700 mile mark, so a ton of life left in it and runs great!  I bought this bike off its original owner who didn’t put many miles on it (clearly).  It’s been a fantastic starter bike, but now looking to upgrade to something bigger.

Storage/Maintenance:  The bike has been kept inside for the last few winters, and started right up this spring.  Owner will likely want to look at rebuilding the carbs at some point in addition to general maintenance (oil, spark plugs, etc).  The bike has not been dropped, and the pictures should give you a pretty good idea as to the how well maintained it has been.

Cash or certified check offers only.

Local pick-up only (Germantown, WI).

2014 AMA Supercross – Atlanta Results

Mon, 24 Feb 2014

KTM‘s Ken Roczen continues to impress, taking his second AMA Supercross win of his 450-class rookie season at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. Roczen, who also won the season opening Anaheim 1 round, took advantage of a mistake by Kawasaki‘s Ryan Villopoto to take the win and move within nine points of the defending champion in the rider standings. The main event started with Smartop Motoconcepts Suzuki rider Mike Alessi taking the holeshot for his best start this season.

WSBK 2012: Assen Results

Mon, 23 Apr 2012

The Netherlands hosted a dramatic weekend of World Superbike racing that featured a red-flagged wet race, several riders crashing while leading, a first-time race winner, a photo finish between two teammates and the reigning World Champion finishing out of the points because of a poor choice of tires. The 2011 WSBK Champion Carlos Checa arrived at Assen with the lead in the championship and a three-race winning streak, but opting to run wet tires in Race Two cost him the lead and may have contributed to a crash that severely injured Liberty Racing‘s Brett McCormick. Tue, 14 Jan 2014

The ninth stage took the field to the northernmost point of this year’s Dakar. The riders descended from yesterday’s plateau through the Atacama desert towards the Pacific Ocean. Sand and dunes challenged the athletes especially in the final third of the stage, demanding excellent navigation skills.
