Wed, 28 Jul 2010Whenever the calendar shifts to a major Japanese race, such as the Suzuka 8hr, one of the more amusing things to do is glance down the team sheet This years highlight for me has to be team Moto Bum, with other stand outs including aprilia D.D.BOYS, Team Etching Factory Yamaha and MITO MOTO & e'freaks Honda. Looking back through the ages some of the great Japanese team names have been Burning Blood Racing Team, Dog Fight Racing and Team Moto Space amongst others. 2014 WSBK Provisional Entry List – 27 Riders and 9 Manufacturers
Thu, 30 Jan 2014The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) released a provisional entry list for the 2014 World Superbike Championship. The provisional list includes 27 riders riding motorcycles from nine different manufacturers. Of these riders, 12 are riding in the new EVO sub-category which limits engine upgrades and electronics to Superstock class rules.
2014 Honda CBR300R Specs Revealed
Fri, 18 Oct 2013Specifications for the 2014 Honda CBR300R have surfaced from CIMAMotor in Chongqing, China, where the new small-displacement sportsbike made its debut. Join the CBR 300 Forum According to the spec sheet, will be powered by a fuel-injected 286cc single-cylinder engine, with a bore of 76mm and 63mm stroke. Based on this, we surmise the engine is indeed based on the CBR250R’s engine which has a similar 76mm bore, but with a 55mm stroke.
