2005 Honda Shadow Sabre VT1100, Selling my 2005 Honda Shadow Sabre 1100cc. Serious offers please, I will take you for rides (if you're light) but if you've shopped for motorcycles online before, you'll know why I can't offer test rides without some sort of reassurance. -17,540 miles -Never dropped, jarred, rammed, ridden hard or left out in weather. -Clean title in hand. -Tires have less than 500 miles on them, and the brakes have even less. Yearly oil changes from a Honda dealer as well as proper inspections (no kick 'n stick). -custom blue/silver smoke flame airbrush paint job, which had an initial cost of over 2000$ and would probably cost more than that at todays prices. -1100cc -Cobra exhaust straight pipes -hondaline saddlebags, sissy bar (all of which is removable for a cleaner look) aftermarket fork bag, tools, trickle charger, windscreen, the stock mirrors and hand grips as well as aftermarket ones pictured. Also included (or not) is a suite of detailing, cleaning and maintenance chemicals, towels and assorted riding gear like helmets, gloves, goggles and a jacket if it fits. Ronax 500cc Two-Stroke Sportbike Coming June 8

German company Ronax GmbH is producing a limited edition street-legal two-stroke sportbike rumored to be based on the Honda NSR500 GP racebike. The company isn’t releasing much information but what little it has revealed about the Ronax 500 has certainly piqued our interest. What we do know for certain is the motorcycle will be powered by a 500cc two-stroke V-4 engine, which sounds like Honda’s racebike of yesteryear.

2013 European Junior Cup to Use All-New Honda Sportbike

Honda announced it is replacing KTM as the spec-bike supplier for the 2013 European Junior Cup. The youth racing series will use an all-new Honda sportbike to be revealed at the 2012 EICMA show in November, expected to be the CBR500 captured in spy photos. The European Junior Cup is for young racers ages 14-19 and runs at select rounds of the World Superbike Championship.

FIM Updates Superbike Racing Homologation Lists for 2013

The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) has released an updated list of motorcycles homologated for the 2013 Superbike, Supersport, and Superstock racing season. Notable additions include the new BMW S1000RR HP4, the MV Agusta F3 and the Superbike-spec Ducati 1199 Panigale R. To qualify a production-based racebike for FIM homologations, manufacturers have to meet certain production thresholds.
