Every year, race fans flock to Daytona Beach, FL, for one of the biggest and most fun events of the season: Daytona Bike Week. To boost that fun factor even higher, Honda has established the Honda Daytona Kick-Off Party as one of the must-do happenings during Bike Week. Be sure to come join the Honda Supercross and GNCC Red Riders to celebrate the start of Daytona Bike Week and the Supercross by Honda on Friday, March 7, 6-8 p.m., at Honda’s Main Display Area (look for the new location of the Honda tents, just east of turn 4).

The Netherlands hosted a dramatic weekend of World Superbike racing that featured a red-flagged wet race, several riders crashing while leading, a first-time race winner, a photo finish between two teammates and the reigning World Champion finishing out of the points because of a poor choice of tires. The 2011 WSBK Champion Carlos Checa arrived at Assen with the lead in the championship and a three-race winning streak, but opting to run wet tires in Race Two cost him the lead and may have contributed to a crash that severely injured Liberty Racing‘s Brett McCormick. Isle of Man TT 2013: Monster Energy Supersport Race 1 Results

Michael Dunlop captured his second victory in the 2013 Isle of Man TT, winning the first Supersport race a day after doing the same in the Superbike race. But it was a different Dunlop that led early on the first lap. Older brother William Dunlop on the Milwaukee Yamaha R6 had the fastest time through Glen Helen, between the ninth and tenth milestones of the Isle of Man’s Mountain course.
