Honda Shadow description
I'm selling my 88 Shadow VT1100C. This bike runs very well. Never been dropped and I commute back and forth to work on it just about everyday which is 62 mis round trip. The bike is mechanically sound and reliable. Could use a better paint job. The only reason I am selling this is because I want a bigger cruiser. Everything on the bike works great. It has all turn signals, drag bars with 6" risers and a full Vance & Hines slash cut exhaust system with removable baffles. The bike is very loud with the baffles removed and sounds good. I still have the baffles for them that will go with the bike. All fluids and oil filter along with the spark plugs have been changed about 2 weeks ago. I've put new handle grips on as well. New inspection sticker with a clear title. The tires are in terrific shape with plenty of tread on them still. I am asking $3,000 obo. I will throw in a large size open face helmet as well. By retaining Hayden’s services to ride the Honda RCV1000R in the MotoGP World Championship series for the DRIVE M7 Aspar Team in the 2014 and 2015 seasons, American Honda is also now a proud sponsor of the DRIVE M7 Aspar Team. His first MotoGP season (2003) saw Hayden finish fifth in the championship on the Repsol Honda RC211V and win Rookie of the Year honors.

Wed, 05 Jun 2013Brothers Ben and Tom Birchall rebounded from a disappointing finish to the first Sure Sidecar race with a solid victory in their second race of the 2013 Isle of Man TT. The Birchall brothers had the early lead in the first race but were forced to retire on the first lap after puncturing a tire. Their second race went much better however, as they led from start to finish for their first ever win at the Isle of Man.

Tue, 13 Oct 2009Valentino Rossi has finished on the podium eleven times in his twelve visits to Phillip Island across all three GP classes. The only race at Phillip Island that he did not finish in the top three was on his first visit riding a 125cc machine in 1997 when he finished sixth. In 1998 and 1999 he won the 250cc races and since then has had nine podiums in the premier-class including five victories, the last of which was in 2005.
