Honda Shadow description

1994 Honda Shadow VLX600, 6k miles. This bike needs nothing! Has custom bars, custom paint, fog light kit, chrome everywhere, Jardine forward controls, custom pipes (currently I have the baffles inserted, take them out and the bike is nice & loud). New tires, battery and attached tender kit. Serviced every season (have all paperwork). I've had this bike for 1 1/two years and it loves the open road. Runs perfect and needs no work at all. Always garage kept, has NEVER seen rain! Got a new bike this summer and need to make room (according to my wife). Serious inquiries only. The only blemish on this bike is on the tank where the custom bars touched. It is tiny. I have included the picture for viewing. Bike is for PICK UP only... I am in Western Suffolk County, NY I am in NO HURRY to sell this bike, I will sit with it before I sell it for less than it is worth, so please be serious when contacting me. The bike has been an absolute pleasure to own, you will get a terrific deal for a bike that runs incredible, and needs NOTHING. I'm asking $2725. Please no lowball offers. If you want to test ride the bike you must leave me with cash in hand. If you drop or damage it, you bought it. Thanks and good luck!

Honda Zoomer X Prototype – New Ruckus Concept Revealed in Thailand

Wed, 28 Mar 2012

Honda Thailand unveiled a new prototype at the 2012 Bangkok International Motor Show showcasing the next generation of the Ruckus scooter. Known as the Zoomer in other markets, the Honda Ruckus is probably best known for its non-traditional scooter styling, with the usual tiny tires and wasp-like body replaced by a fat rubbers and exposed tube frame. The Honda Zoomer X maintains the original’s rugged-looking tires but instead of the exposed tubes, the Zoomer X has a boxy-looking structure, though like the original the space under the seat is exposed to the elements, so if you want to store something there you might have to break out the bungee cords.

Honda’s View of the Motorcycle Industry in Canada

Fri, 13 Aug 2010

Recently here on Motorcycle.com, we’ve been bringing you reviews of a handful of Honda scoots that are available to our neighbors (or is that neighbours?) to the North in Canada, yet remain forbidden fruit for American consumers. Reviewer Costa Mouzouris gave us a look at the naked CB1000R that Honda Canada is considering importing, the already-available half-faired CBF1000, and the entry-level CBR125R. Meanwhile, Honda’s competitors have also announced some new products for Canada that have yet to be made available in the U.S.
