HGERE IS A 1983 HONDA SHADOW VT750 THAT DOES RUN GREAT WHEN IT'S RUNNING HOWEVER IT NEEDS A LITTLE WORK FOR THE BIKE TO START. I REBUILT THE CARBS THIS FALL BECAUSE THE BIKE WAS SITTING FOR A YEAR OR 2 WITH OUR AMERICAN CHEEP SHIT GAS. SHE TURNS OVER FINE BUT DOES NOT ACT LIKE IT'S GETTING GAS OR MAYBE EVEN SPARK BUT I HAVE NO TIME TO PLAY WITH IT SO COME AND GET IT IF YOU WANT A GOOD BIKE FOR THIS COMING SPRING. Honda Announces Returning 2013 Models with New Colors
Tue, 04 Sep 2012As we mentioned in an earlier post about the Repsol edition CBR250R, American Honda has announced a number of returning models for 2013 featuring new color schemes. The returning models include the big touring Gold Wing, the Fury chopper, the 1312cc Sabre, Stateline and Interstate cruisers, the 750cc Shadow cruisers, the entry-level Rebel and the XR650L dual-sport. All model come back unchanged except for the paint, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing.

Honda Design 1957-1984 does exactly what it says on the tin and allows us an insight to the work behind many of our favourite motorcycles. Sketches, pre-production drawings and plenty of retro pictures of a golden era.
The future. But we can't have it
Thu, 10 Nov 2011It's no secret that we motorcyclists are getting older. We're ageing because less people are passing their bike test each year (roughly 30,000 last year compared to 50,000 for the 10 years before the new two-part test) and so not only is the pool not growing it's not even being replenished and so the average age isn't being diluted down by yoof. When the going gets tough in any situation, you really get to see who's got their shit-sorted and who's light enough on their feet to adapt to change.
