PROACTION SWING ARM BEARING REPAIR KIT KTM / HUSABERG

This kit contains all the needle bearings and seals required to rebuild a swing arm to factory specifications. High quality needle bearings manufactured in Europe. Seals are the robust double lip, steel outer edge type.

The kit does not include the steel bushes, washers and shims, which in our experience, can be re-used...keeping riding costs down.

Will fit:

KTM EXC all models; EXC-F all models (2005 – 2017)
Husqvarna TC all models ; TE all models; FC all models; FE all models (2013 – 2017).
Husaberg (KTM derived) all models.

When Pierer Industrie AG purchased Husqvarna from BMW in January, it was obvious some major changes were on their way. Pierer Industries AG is owned by Stefan Pierer, who happens to be chief executive officer of KTM, which also happens to be the parent company of Husaberg. That’s three European motorcycle manufacturers with strong off-road lineages in the same family.

US Motorcycle Sales First Half 2011 Results

The U.S. motorcycle industry saw a 4.6% decrease in year-on-year sales over the first six months of 2011, thanks mostly to a 17.3% drop in ATV sales. Motorcycle and scooter sales however saw a 1.7% bump in the first half .

Recall for 6,117 MY2011 KTM and Husaberg Off-road and Competition Models

KTM and Husaberg are recalling about 6,117 off-road motorcycles due to a risk of cracked handlebar clamps. According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the handlebar clamps on some off-road KTM and Husaberg models can develop cracks from normal use.
