08' KTM SX450F with terrific tires, new sprocket/chain, electric starter, around 20-25 hours on the bike total, oil changed every five hours with synthetic oil, air filter cleaned often, mechanically solid bike. I am a beginner 35 yr old rider and set this bike up for trail riding. I ran it on a couple of vet C class hare scrambles but to my knowledge has never been raced motorcross. and am wanting to downsize to a 250cc. There is your usual cosmetic wear on the plastic/decals. There is a dent on the header pipe which can be seen in 1 of the images, I will do my best to remove that before bike changes hands. Bajaj Auto Owns 25% of KTM
Mon, 15 Dec 2008In India, Bajaj Auto is a major player in two and three-wheeled vehicles. They originally purchased a 14.5 percent stake in KTM last year, which was increased to 20.9 percent earlier this year and has now officially reached 25 percent. The companies have been working together to develop high-efficiency bikes, sourcing for production and the assembling of KTM bikes in India for export to Europe under KTM branding.

Fri, 27 Sep 2013The 10th Annual KTM Adventure Rider Rally took place September 13-15 in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Hundreds showed up to the Steamboat Grand Hotel to enjoy a weekend of KTM activities, including appearances from KTM factory riders Andrew Short, Mike Brown, Kurt Caselli and Mike Lafferty, plus technical and riding seminars, self-guided rides, demo rides, games, camaraderie and more. The rally was such as rousing success KTM has posted a beautiful wrap video.

Fri, 10 Feb 2012Much of Europe has been absolutely hammered by ice and snow over the last couple of weeks, with some places like Rome momentarily banning motorcycles and scooters from public roads due to safety concerns. The cold snap didn’t stop the people behind the Dutch site Oliepeil.nl from having a little fun with the help of KTM. Oliepeil.nl took a KTM 500 EXC dirt bike, a 525 XC ATV and a KTM X-Bow car onto a frozen area in the Heteren region of the Netherlands for some ice riding.
